Day Trip from Dubrovnik: MONTENEGRO Perast & Kotor | September

Explore Montenegro on a guided day tour from Dubrovnik. Enjoy free time in the picturesque towns of Perast and Kotor and a boat ride to the island of Our Lady of the Rocks.

Detailed Itinerary

Start with pickup in front of your accommodation or within 5-10min walk in all Dubrovnik - Mlini - Cavtat area. Travel across the border into Montenegro. The first stop is the beautiful coastal town of Perast, where you can take pictures and enjoy free time before optional boat ride to Our Lady of the Rocks island.

Then follows a quick drive through Boka Kotorska Bay, where our tour guide will tell you all about Montenegro's rich history and legends. Upon arriving at the historic town of Kotor, a local guide will meet us and take the group into the old town. You will have 3 hours to see the most important sights, imposing walls, and enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant.

After a day of exploration, relax on the return journey to Dubrovnik, with drop-off back at your pickup point.

Pick Up

Day before your travel date, we will send you a message on Whats App with all details and guide contact (or email if you do not use it)
Dubrovnik - pick-up is in front of your accommodation, or nearby convenient stop area within 5-10min walk, drop off in the same location
Pickups start after 6am and are done in about 20min (early start is important to avoid border delays and have a great day)
You will be dropped-off on your pick up location, or some other if you want to (Old Town, Port, Cable car etc..)
Mlin, Plat, Srebreno, Čibača, Cavtat - pickup available on our way to Mostar
Slano, Zaton, Mokosica, Komolac - pickup available in Dubrovnik only, we can meet anywhere on our route

Travel documents

A current valid passport or ID card is required on the day of travel
EU citizens can go with valid ID card (or residence permit card + passport)
For countries outside EU, you can go with passport (USA, Australia, Canada etc..), but for some countries you need visa, check here: https://www.gov.me/en/article/visas
Passport must have at least 3+ months expiry date
You MUST check and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler
